OASIS programs for February 2010

An introduction to bridge, a beginner’s course in using e-mail and a talk by the Oregon Symphony’s Norman Leyden are on the February schedule at OASIS, the nonprofit enrichment organization for adults 50 and older.

Class highlights for the month are listed below. Unless otherwise noted, events are held at OASIS, located on the fourth floor of the downtown Portland Macy’s store at 621 S.W. Fifth Ave.

• Tai Chi – Mon., Feb. 1 to March 8, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., $40.

• Exploring the Power of Family Stories – Wednesday, Feb. 3-10, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., $25.

• Introduction to Bridge – Wednesday, Feb. 3-24, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. $35.
